Scheduling & Revisions

• Minor image revisions are free within seven days of the appointment. After one week, editing fees apply.

• One listing per order – combining multiple properties in a single order is not permitted.

• Rescheduling due to weather is free. However, if an order is rescheduled more than once for non-weather reasons, a $150 fee will apply per change.

• Same-day cancellations, unsafe conditions, or frequent reschedules may also incur a $150 fee.

• Please direct all order changes to our Sales contact, David Rice. Same-day changes are generally not accepted.

• Weekend and holiday messages may not be answered until the next business day.

Property Preparation Guidelines

To ensure your listing looks its best, please take the following steps before the shoot:

• Turn off all ceiling and floor fans to avoid motion blur.

• Turn on all interior lights and open blinds/shades to maximize natural light.

• Move all vehicles into the garage or park them down the street.

• Secure pets in a safe area. For safety, photographers cannot enter if pets are loose.

• Store personal items in drawers or closets to keep spaces clean and neutral.

• Declutter all areas, including patios and yards, for a polished look.

• Remove trash and recycling bins from visible areas.

• Close all toilet lids in bathrooms.

• Hide cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment from view.

Safety & Special Notes

• If the property is deemed unsafe to enter, the shoot may be canceled for that day. We will notify you and reschedule once the issue is resolved.

• For drone shoots, if conditions are unsafe to fly, we’ll return at no charge to complete the aerial imagery.
