Agreement

As the realtor, please stress to your clients the following:


  • The property will be photo-ready at the time of the appointment. If it is not, we will shoot it as is.

  • The photographer will have uninterrupted access to the home, with no contractors, movers, or workers on site. If anyone working within the home is present, a $150 rescheduling fee will apply, and the session will be moved to the next available date and time.

  • All pets will be secured in crates or in a separate room. The photographer will not enter if pets are loose in the home.

  • The photographer will not move furniture, boxes, artwork, or personal items.

  • The photographer will not provide staging, cleaning, or general tidying, aside from removing small items to reduce visible clutter.

  • We cannot digitally remove wall marks, cracks, discoloration, burned-out light bulbs, trash or debris outside the home, photos/art or posters from the wall, or stacks of boxes and personal items. Edits that conceal damage or materially change the condition of the property would misrepresent the listing, and we are not permitted to do that.
